Did you have a name change? Or maybe you noticed a typo? Either way, it is easy to update your registration page name. There are a few places you'll want to make these updates. We'll walk you through the steps below.
Update the Page Title
From the Pages screen click the pencil icon of the page you'd like to change the name on
Hover your mouse over the Settings tab in the top menu bar
Select Basic Setup from the dropdown
Click into the Page Title field to make your updates
Click the Save Now button and Publish your changes to set them live
Update the Page Title in Social + SEO Settings
When you update your page title, you'll also want to update the title that is listed under the Social + SEO Settings to assure what is being shared to social media and other places is reflecting the correct title. To do so, follow these steps:
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you'd like to update the page title under Social +SEO Settings for
Hover your mouse over the Promote tab in the top menu bar
Select Social and SEO from the dropdown
Update the Title field to update what will share in social and SEO settings
Save and Publish your changes
Update the Page Title for Google Event Discovery
Here is how you can update the name of your page to be reindexed on Google so people can more easily search for the new name:
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you'd like to update the title for Google Event Discovery
Hover your mouse over the Promote tab in the top menu bar
Select Google Event Discovery from the dropdown
Update the Event Name field
Save and Publish your changes
