Getting Started

The Analytics page provides a centralized overview of registrants, visitor activity, and reporting data for an individual RegFox page. To access your page analytics:

  • From the Pages screen, click the graph icon under the page you want to view

  • Filter your data if desired. By default, Analytics includes all data collected since your page went live. Use the Date filter to narrow results based on when registrants completed their purchases

Download a Roster

The Analytics page includes a shortcut for downloading your registrant roster.

  • From the Pages screen, click the graph icon under the page where you want to view the roster

  • On the Analytics page, click Download Roster in the top-right corner

Pro Tip: The Roster includes the first and last name, email address, registrant status, and selected registration option.

If you want additional details about your registrants or want to customize the report, we recommend downloading a Registrant Data Report.

View Sales and Registrant Performance

The top section of the Analytics page provides a high-level overview of your event performance.

Sales Overview

The Sales Overview section provides a snapshot of your page's sales activity and revenue. You'll find the following metrics:

  • Refunds Issued: Displays the total amount refunded from your page. This includes standard registrant refunds as well as any payouts issued through the Ambassador Program

  • Pending Offline: Shows the total amount still owed on unpaid offline orders. This field only populates with data if offline payments are enabled on your page and your page has at least one unpaid offline order

  • Outstanding Payment Plans: Displays the total balance remaining on deposits and active payment plans. This field is only populated when deposits or payment plans are enabled on your page and there is at least one order that is pending final payment

Click any hyperlinked amount to review the specific transactions that make up your sales, refunds, pending offline payments, outstanding payment plans, pre-registrations, and on-site sales.

Note: The sales totals shown in the page analytics reflect gross sales before platform and payment processing fees are deducted. Because of this, the totals shown on the analytics page may not match your bank deposits. For a detailed breakdown of your net payouts and deducted fees, we recommend using a Webconnex Payments Payout Report.

FAQs

Can I customize the Analytics roster download?

No. The Analytics roster download is a quick export tool and does not support custom columns or formatting.

If you need a more detailed or customizable export, use the Registrant Data Report, which provides additional filtering and reporting options.

Are page analytics available for each registration page?

Yes. Page Analytics are available for each page. To view Analytics for another page, navigate to that page and open its Analytics dashboard.

Why doesn't the conversion rate match the number of unique visitors and orders?

The conversion rate is not calculated using unique visitors. Instead, it is based on the number of active visitors who interacted with the page and the resulting online orders.

Because unique visitors and active visitors are measured differently, the conversion rate may not match a calculation based solely on unique visitors versus total online orders.
