RegFox plans are being restructured for all existing customers starting July 15, 2026. With this update, we’re moving to a simpler set of bundled plans.
Over time, RegFox has expanded beyond basic registration to include tools like email automation, SMS marketing, badge printing, and attendee engagement. Many of these features were previously offered as separate add-ons with separate fees and billing schedules. Over time, that created unnecessary complexity and confusion, and customers asked us for a simpler bundled pricing model that included more of the platform in one plan. With our updated plans, we're making it easier to understand what’s included in each plan while delivering more value through bundled pricing.

RegFox is now offered in three plans. Each plan includes a different level of access to features and support. Most growing organizations choose RegFox Premium for its balance of flexibility and advanced features.

RegFox Standard
The Standard plan covers core registration functionality, and works best for straightforward events that don't need much beyond the basics

Paid events: $0.99 + 1% per registrant (capped at $4.99 per registrant)
Free events: $0.99 per registrant
RegFox Premium
The Premium plan adds more flexibility, customization, and marketing tools to help you run your events more efficiently and profitably. This plan works best for events with more complex registration pages and events that want to use our marketing tools to boost their registration sales

Paid events: $1.99 + 1% per registrant (capped at $5.99 per registrant)
Free events: $1.99 per registrant
RegFox Professional
The Professional plan works best for large events that want more hands-on support and white-glove service
$499/month, billed annually
Paid events: $1.99 + 1% per registrant (capped at $5.99 per registrant)
Free events: $0.99 per registrant
Important Change for Free Events
One important change across all plans is that free events will be subject to a per-registrant fee after July 15. This applies to events where there is no charge for any registrant. However, for paid events that include complimentary registration types, those comped registrations will still be free of charge.

On July 15, 2026, the legacy RegFox plan will be retired. If no changes are made, your account will automatically transition to the new RegFox Standard Plan. This account has the same pricing as your existing plan, but may have fewer available features. We recommend upgrading to RegFox Premium if your events requires an advanced setup.
