The RegFox Check-In app allows you to easily check registrants in at your event. It also gives you the ability to check people in for sessions, redeem merchandise, sign on-site waivers and more!
An App Key is what is entered into each of the devices you intend to use for checking in registrants. In order to easily scan registrants in at your event, you'll first want to create an app key. You can also limit access when creating an App Key. For example, you can give admins full access in the check-in app, and limit volunteers to only be able to search and scan registrations. We'll walk you through all of the options below.

Tip: You can create and customize multiple check-in app keys per registration page. There are various reasons why people might want multiple app keys. It could be if you'd like different fields, or different settings for different locations at your event. ie one app key might require a waiver for check-in. Then maybe a secondary app key is just for redeeming merchandise inside the event.
Customize Your App Key
Name Your App Key: Add a Name for your App Key. This is for internal and reporting purposes only and will help you differentiate between app keys if you create multiple.
Allow team to edit registrant data from app: When this is enabled, anyone logged in with this app key will be able to edit an order while scanning people in.
Use app key for Mobile Pay Pass app: When this is enabled, users can use this app key for the Mobile Pay Pass app as well which allows you to easily upgrade registrants' registration options or add-on merchandise, etc while onsite.
Require Onsite Verification: When this is enabled, our system will require individuals who check into the app to acknowledge a Terms and Conditions field. You can also require registrants to provide a signature or take a photo. Requiring a photo can be handy if you often have people exiting and re-entering your event. When you require a photo, the photo will now appear each time you scan their registrant in the future, validating it is indeed the registrant. This also helps prevent people from sharing their registration with others.
