How Sponsors and Exhibitors can access and manage their profiles and lead lists

If you are a sponsor or exhibitor for an event using the Engage Attendee App powered by RegFox, welcome! We are glad you are here and hope to make this a smooth and effective experience for you. Below you can read how to access and edit your sponsor or exhibitor profile, as well as how to access your lead list. If there are any questions you have that aren't answered in this article, we invite you reach out to your point of contact at the event for further information.

Access your sponsor or exhibitor account

  • When the event admin adds your email address into the system as an editor of the sponsor or exhibitor profile, you will receive an email with the subject of "You have been invited to edit the company profile for [company name]"

  • When you find that email in your inbox, open it and click the Complete Company Profile button

  • Clicking the button will launch the login screen, sending one more verification email to your inbox. That email will send you a login link where you can click the Open Event App button

  • Clicking the Open Event App button will launch you into your account

NOTE: You can edit your sponsor and/or exhibitor profile by logging in from a laptop or desktop computer or from an iOs device.


Edit your sponsor or exhibitor profile

In order for you to be able to have access to edit your sponsor or exhibitor profile, the event admin would need to have added you as an editor. If you are needing yourself or anyone else on your team invited to be an editor, please contact the event admin.

Items you can edit on your sponsor or exhibitor profile are:

  • Logo

  • Company name

  • A short description and set the industry category

  • Website url

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • City, state, zip, country

  • A bio

  • Social profiles such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin

Lead retrieval

Encourage attendees to share their information with your company. We provide default text in the following fields that you can further customize. The leads you gain will be saved into a downloadable lead list.

  • Heading message

  • Success message

  • Call to action button message

Links

Help attendees engage with your company by adding links to free giveaways, corporate swag or additional promotional offers. You can add multple links by clicking Add Link and pasting the URL in.

Video

If you have promotional videos, ads, call to action videos, etc, you'd like to include on your company profile, you can do so by clicking Add Video and customize the following fields:

  • Title for videos section

  • Title of the video

  • Choose whether you'd like to include the link or embed code to the video

When done, click Save Changes


Download lead list

  • To login to your sponsor or exhibitor account, find the original email invitation and click the Complete Company Profile button

  • Another email will be sent to your inbox where you can click the Open Event App button

  • Once in your sponsor or exhibitor account, click your name in the upper right corner

  • Select Download Lead List

  • A CSV file will open with all of the leads who clicked to connect with you as well as the attendees who's QR code your team scanned

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Leads are added to your downloadable leads list in two ways.

  1. When you scan an attendee's QR codes when they visit your booth

  2. When an attendee clicks the Let's Connect button when viewing your profile

What iOs do I need to download the Engage app?

The minimum iOs requirement to download the Engage app on your apple device is iOs 16.

Can I add additional editors to our sponsor or exhibitor profile?

In order to add additional editors to your sponsor or exhibitor profile, you'll want to contact the event admin, as they are the ones who can add additional people for you.
