Onsite Badge Printing is a great addition to your event! The Dymo Badges can be printed on the spot for new registrations or printed in advance for registrations submitted online.

WE ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE DYMO LABELWRITER 450 TURBO
This printer supports multiple label sizes and they can be ordered from Dymo, Amazon, or LabelValue.com (LV-30256).

RegFox works in partnership with the Dymo software to 'talk' to the printer. So the first step to setting up the page to print is downloading the Dymo software.

HOW TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE
You will need to install the software to your computer. Here is the link to download on Mac and Windows.

Note: You will want to make sure you are installing Dymo Web Services as part of the installation package. Web Services is a required part to successfully connect your Dymo printer with your RegFox page.

RUN DYMO WEB SERVICES ON YOUR COMPUTER
Dymo Web Services is a unique program that must be running on your computer. You can tell it's operating because there's usually a little Dymo logo that appears on your computer; you can see logo in the top right corner of your computer screen. (click image to enlarge)

Or on Windows, it will be on the bottom in the taskbar:

To configure Web Services, select Diagnosis. The following pop up will appear.

Clicking OK will take lead to the following screen:

When you see the above window appear, your computer is attached to the Dymo printer.

SETTING UP BADGE PRINTING
Start by selecting Onsite Printing from the Onsite Tab in your Page Builder.

Once you activate the printer on this page, you can set up a template that will allow for 3 lines of information pulled from your page's fields, along with the option to have a logo and QR code on the badge. You now have two options to print.

Option #1 - Print Registrants as they Register

Once printer is activated, click the Launch Form with this Printer button.

Anyone who registers from this page will have a badge automatically printed out as they register.

Option #2 - Print Registrants one at a time post-registration.

Head over to your My Pages to Reports > Registrants > (select any registrant) > Print. You will only be able to print a badge for a registrant associated with a page that has the printer enabled.

TEST OUT YOUR PRINTER BEFORE YOUR EVENT
You can now test print a registration. Use the method above - head over to your My Pages to Reports > Registrants > (choose any registrant) > Print.
