We are a small (highly motived, over-caffeinated) team. To maximize our efficiency, we don't have a live support line. This allows us to answer questions in a queue, so you aren't left waiting because another client rang in.
Scheduling a call also prevents the dreaded game of phone tag, where we leave you unhelpful messages that could be solved with a quick chat.
What if this is an urgent issue?
You can notify the team right away with the chat button in the bottom-right corner. You can also make a note when you schedule a call that there is a fast-approaching deadline to get your answer. We will do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible.
