With a Quantity Box field, you can request that registrants enter a specific quantity. With this field, you can turn on financial values, limit the total available supply, and control the range of quantities someone can select. This article will share how to customize the Quantity Box field to suite your event's needs.
Add a Quantity Box Field
From the Pages screen, click the pencil icon on the page you want to edit
Hover over your page, and click the green + icon where you want to add the field
Add the Quantity Box field
Customize the Label as desired
Toggle the Required field to Yes or No
Toggle the Financial Options field to Yes or No. If you toggled this option on, enter a price for the field
Click Advanced Settings if you would like to further customize the field
Quantity Range: Limit registrants to select a number between a range of values you specify
Limited Supply: this toggle limits the supply for your quantity box option. With this field, you can limit the total number of times all of your registrants combined can select an option
Enable Tax-Deductible Values (only if financial values are turned on): enter a tax-deductible value for this field. When this option is toggled on, enter the tax-deductible value of your quantity box
Click Done
Click Save Now in the upper-right corner of your page to save your changes. Click Publish to publish these changes to your live page
