Reporting and Analytics

You can view donations from your Peer to Peer pages under the Registrations tab, and see these donors' contact profile under the Contacts tab. The page summary and analytics page will display the total of donations from the main and supporter pages combined.

Download a Report

Each fundraiser is automatically assigned a Fund ID. We recommend using a Registrant Data Report to view your Peer to Peer donations.

  • Hover your mouse over the Reports tab in the top menu bar

  • Select Exporter from the dropdown

  • Select the Registrant Data report

  • Select the Peer to Peer page(s) where you would like to pull data

  • Select the field(s) you would like to export and press the right arrow to move them to the box on the right to be exported

    • Display Name will pull in the donor's display name

    • Fundraiser Name will pull in the name of the fundraiser the donor gave to

    • Fundraiser ID will pull in the Fund ID for each of your Fundraisers

    • I Want to Donate Anonymously will state whether the donor chose to give anonymously

  • To move fields to a new column on the report, select the field you want to move, and select the Up or Down arrows respectively

  • Select the Statuses you want to include. By default, the Registrant Data report will include the Completed, Pending Final Payment, Pending Offline Payment, Pending Transfer, Waitlisted, Pre-registered, and Canceled statuses

  • Select a date range if desired. If these fields are blank, the report will pull all registrations from the moment your page went live

  • Select the File Type and File Name

  • When ready, click the Download button

FAQs

If a supporter incorrectly enters their email when signing up, how can they verify their page?

If a supporter selects the incorrect email, we recommend disabling the old page (learn how to do so here), and then asking the supporter to create a new page with the correct information.

Will updating the fundraising deadline change the sub-pages?

Updating the fundraiser deadline will only change new fundraisers. This will not update on fundraisers that have already been completed.

What are the suggested image sizes for Peer to Peer supporter pages?

We recommend using images that are 200x200 pixels for profile pictures on Peer to Peer supporter pages.
