The Attendee Report provides attendance and redemption data collected through the Check-in app. If you use the Check-in app to track attendee arrivals, session attendance, or item redemptions, this report allows you to export that information for analysis and record-keeping.

Pro Tip: If a registrant checks in/out of an event on multiple days, the Attendee Report will create a separate line in the report for each day that the registrant checks in.
For example, if a registrant Jane Doe checks into the event on February 1 and February 2, the Attendee Report will show two lines for Jane Doe in the Attendee Report - one line for February 1, and another line for February 2.
Note: If a registrant checks in and checks out of an event or session multiple times in one day, the RegFox Attendee Report will display the earliest check-in time for that registrant, and the latest check-out time for that particular registrant.
For example, if a registrant checks into an event at 8:00AM on January 31, checks out of the event at 12PM, and then checks back into the event at 2:00PM, and checks out of the event at 5:00PM, the Attendee Report will show that the registrant checked in at 8:00AM on January 31, and checked out at 5:00PM. The Check-In app will show that the registrant checked in and out of the event multiple times in a single day.
If a user would like to learn the specific times throughout the day the registrant checked in and checked out of the event, we recommend logging into the Check-in app to find all of the check-in history for this registrant.
