A Certificate of Completion gives registrants proof that they finished your virtual course. You build a reusable certificate template, attach it to a pre-recorded video, and RegFox automatically issues the certificate once a registrant finishes watching.
This article covers building your certificate template, uploading your pre-recorded content, and viewing the registrant experience.

In the Additional Text field, add any additional details you want to include on the certificate
Click Save

Note: The attendee name, session name, and date issued pull automatically from your event information and can't be edited on the template.

Registrant Experience
Here's what registrants see and do when they complete a pre-recorded session for a certificate.
After purchasing a registration, registrants click Access Online Event in their confirmation page or confirmation email
Registrants then access the virtual event and watch the video
After the video is complete, registrants click the button to receive their certificate. They can also restart the video, if desired
Registrants then see a success message saying that their certificate has been sent
Note: If a registrant doesn't watch the required percentage of the video, they won't see the Certify button and a certificate won't generate.
Registrants open the certificate email, which includes any custom text you added and a button to access their certificate
