RegFox gives you the option to limit the availability of online content based on the selection of the registrant. This article will show you how to limit by date, by registration option, and by session.

Limit By Date

Begin by adding your Registration Options and/or Sessions to your page.

Select LiveStream / Meeting or On Demand Viewing from your Virtual Event dropdown.

Select the Allow access to this content on a specific date/time checkbox.

And enter the date and the time that you want this specific streaming link to go live.

Now this session is only accessible at this specific time that you set!

Limit By Registration Option

If you want to allow specific Registration and/or Session options the ability to see certain content, you can do this by checking the box that says: Allow access to this content based on registration options.

This is super helpful if you have different registration options that are allowed to see different content.

Limit By Session Option

The same can be done for a breakout session. You can assign breakout sessions to specific streaming titles.

First, add a Session field to your page and format your options.

Select Allow access to this content based on registration options and then select Sessions.

Great work! Now these options are only available to the registrants who have selected them.
