These reports provide valuable insights into various aspects of your event, such as allowing you to analyze registrant details such as their registration and meal choices, track the financial history of your event, and easily access summaries of all waivers, ensuring you stay organized and informed.
By learning how to pull these reports, you can make data-driven decisions that improve your event planning and execution, ultimately leading to a more successful and engaging experience for your registrants.

Which Report Do I Need?
We recommend using different reports depending on your needs!
We recommend using the Registrant Data Report if you would like to export information about your registrants, including their registration options, selected sessions, or meal choices.
We recommend using the Transactions Report if you would like to export the transaction history of your page(s) and see the charges, refunds, and chargebacks that took place.
We recommend using the Attendee Report if you utilize our Check-in app and want to download attendance data based on check-in information.
We recommend using the Payout Summary Report if you use Webconnex Payments and want to download a reconciling report for your accounting.
We recommend using the Products Report if you want to see how many of your add-ons, experiences, and products were sold.
We recommend using the Coupons Report if you want to see a summary of the coupons on your page(s) and their usage.
We recommend using the Ambassadors Report if you utilize our Ambassadors feature and want to download a list of your ambassadors, ambassador codes, and signup counts.
We recommend using the Signatures Report if you utilize our Terms of Service feature and want to download finger signatures that were submitted on your page.

Registrant Data Report
The Registrant Data Report allows users to export any data that was collected for each registrant, including their registration options, survey answers, or billing information.

To pull a Registrant Data report, hover your mouse over the Reports tab in the top menu bar
Select Exporter from the dropdown
Select the Registrant Data report
Search for your page name(s) and select the page(s), or simply select the page(s) if you can see them
Select the field(s) you would like to export and press the right arrow to move them to the box on the right to be exported. To move fields out of the export, select the left arrow button
To move fields to a new column on the report, select the field you want to move, and select the Up or Down arrows respectively
Pro Tip: To select multiple pages or fields at once, hold down the command or control button on your keyboard while making your selections. To select all pages or fields, hold the command or control button and the A button on your keyboard.
Select the Statuses you want to include. By default, the Donations report will include the Completed, Pending Final Payment, Pending Offline Payment, Pending Transfer, Waitlisted, Pre-registered, and Canceled statuses
Select a date range if desired. If these fields are blank, the report will pull all donations from the moment your page went live
Select the File Type and File Name
When ready, click the Download button
Pro Tip: You can choose to filter the report so the report only includes registrants who selected a specific registration option, multiple choice option, or session. To filter your report, click Add Another Filter on the right-hand side after selecting your page, and select the specific filtering options. Users can stack multiple filters on their report if desired.
Note: Filtering is only available when a single page is selected. When multiple pages are selected, the filtering option goes away.
Filtering is currently available for the Registration Option, Multiple Choice, and Sessions fields.
Transactions
The Transactions report allows users to export the transaction history across the account's RegFox pages. This financial report displays the charges, refunds, and chargebacks that took place on specific page(s). This report won't include certain data associated with your registrants, such as short answers.

To pull a Transactions report, hover your mouse over the Reports tab in the top menu bar
Select Exporter from the dropdown
Select the Transactions report
Search for your page name(s) and select the page(s), or simply select the page(s) if you can see them
Select the field(s) you would like to export and press the right arrow to move them to the box on the right to be exported. To move fields out of the export, select the left arrow button
To move fields to a new column on the report, select the field you want to move, and select the Up or Down arrows respectively

Attendee Report
The Attendee Report is used if you utilize our Check-in app feature. If using this feature, the Attendee report allows users to export the attendance reports based on the Check-In app data.

Payout Summary Report
The Payout Summary Report provides a reconciliation report for your accounting if using Webconnex Payments. This report shows a breakdown of your payout, including all fees for all of your donations.
Note: The Payout Summary Report is only available when using Webconnex Payments.

Products
The Products report allows users to quickly export a report detailing merchandise sales. This report displays who purchased items, including merchandise, products, add-ons, or upgrades, along with a quantity of each option selected by registrants.

Coupons
The Coupons report allows users to view all coupons on your page(s) and see how many times these coupons were used. Users can use this report to pull the coupons on individual page(s), as well as global coupons on the account.

Signatures
The Signatures report is used if you utilize our Terms of Service feature. If using this feature, the Signatures report allows a user to download all finger signatures that were submitted as png images.

Search for your page name and select the page, or select the page from the Pages dropdown
Select the Terms field you would like to include
Select the Statuses you want to include. By default, the Signatures Report includes the Completed, Pending Final Payment, Pending Offline Payment, Pending Transfer, Waitlisted, Pre-registered, and Canceled statuses
Select a date range if desired. If these fields are blank, the report will pull all donations from the moment your page went live
Customize the File Name and enter you email
Click Generate my ZIP File, and click OK to confirm that you want to generate a zip file of signatures
Waivers
The Waivers report is used if you utilize our Waivers feature. If using the Waivers feature, the Waivers report allows a user to download all PDF waivers that were submitted in a zip file.

Search for your page name and select the page, or select the page from the Pages dropdown
Select the Waiver field you would like to include

Memberships
The Memberships report is used if you utilize our Memberships feature. If using the Memberships feature, the Membership report allows a user to export information about memberships on your account and their status.

FAQs
Can I download a report from an archived page?
Users cannot download reports from any archived pages on the account. To download a report from an archived page, we recommend first restoring the page, and then downloading the report.
