This guide walks you through everything you need to know to attend a virtual event, from purchasing your registration to logging in and exploring the event once you’re inside. You’ll also find answers to common questions so you can feel confident and ready before the event begins.

Registration Experience

When you arrive on the registration page, you can select your desired registration option(s), enter your personal details, and submit the registration.

After you submit your order, you’ll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. Both the confirmation page and email include a link to access the virtual event, as well as a link to complete your profile.


Logging In

  • From your confirmation email, click Access Virtual Event

  • Click Sign In

  • Go to your email to find a one-time use login link

  • Click the Login button on your email to login to the event


Exploring the Event

  • On the Welcome screen, you can see the sponsors and exhibitors for the event. Click View All Sponsors or View All Exhibitors to view all sponsors and exhibitors for the event

  • On the Schedule screen, you can see all upcoming events, your personal schedule, and all past events.

  • Click View Details to view more details about the event on your schedule. Click Attend to attend an event.

  • View a replay for past events, if available

  • On the Attendees screen, view all attendees for the event. Click View More to learn more about a particular attendee

Pro Tip: You can update what information is visible to other attendees at any time by editing your profile. You also have the option to make your profile private at any time.

  • Hover over your name in the top right corner

  • Select Profile from the dropdown

  • Click Edit

  • Add your attendee information

  • Click Save & Continue

  • On the Sponsors and Exhibitors tabs, view all sponsors for the event. Click View more to learn more about an event. If you're interested, click I'm Interested to share your contact information with this sponsor

How can I prepare to attend a virtual event?

To prepare for your virtual event, we recommend making sure you have a solid internet connection, a registration to access the event, and a device to view the event.

What do I need to do on the day of the Virtual Event?

On the day of your event, we recommend locating your confirmation email. It contains your login link. You can use the link to log in directly.

Pro Tip: If you cannot find your email confirmation, we recommend checking your spam folder.

If the email is not in your spam folder, we recommend going to the registration page where you purchased registrations, and clicking

Already Registered at the top of the page. From there, enter the billing email used for your order. This will send the sign in link to your email.

What should I do if I lost my confirmation email?

How do I complete my profile?

Here is how to complete your profile:

  • Hover over your name in the top right corner

  • Select Profile from the dropdown

  • Click Edit

  • Add your attendee information

  • Click Save & Continue

Here is how to prevent your personal information from being publicly visible in the virtual event:

  • Hover over your name in the top right corner

  • Select Profile from the dropdown

  • Click Edit

  • Turn on the Privacy toggle to hide your personal information from your public profile

  • Click Save & Continue
