Get to Your Drip Campaigns Account

  • From the Pages screen, hover your mouse over Email Center in the top menu bar

  • Select Drip Campaigns from the dropdown

View, Edit, Send a Test, or Delete an Email

NOTE: While an email in the sequence has a status of "Scheduled," you can view, edit, send a test and delete the message. But once an email is sent, you are no longer able to send a test, make edits or stop the email from sending.

Warning: Deleting an email from your drip campaign sequence cannot be undone. So proceed with caution.

  • From the Drip Campaigns page, click the eye icon on the campaign for which you want to manage the emails

  • On this page, you can click any of the following icons:

    • The Pencil icon allows you to edit the email

    • The eye icon allows you to view the email

    • The envelope icon allows you to send a test email

    • The trash can icon allows you to delete the email from the sequence

A few tips to consider when reviewing a test email

  • Double check the spelling

  • Make sure any images display correctly

  • Reply to the email to ensure the reply-to email address is correct

  • Click on all website links to make sure they go to the right webpage

  • If you have included a link to a file make sure the file downloads correctly

Track How Many Have Interacted with Your Campaign

If you choose to track registrations, the results are displayed in near real-time as your recipients interact with your emails and register for your event. Here is how to view this information:

  • From the Pages screen, hover your mouse over Email Center in the top menu bar

  • Select Drip Campaigns from the dropdown

  • From the Drip Campaigns page, click the eye icon on the campaign you want to track

  • Find the desired information

    • Recipients: This lists the number of people who were sent the email

    • Clicks: This tracks the number of unique recipients who click in the email at least once

    • Registrants: This tracks the total number of registrations purchased by all registrants before the next email is sent.

    • Sales: This tracks the total amount of orders made by all recipients before the next email is sent. This includes any add-ons and fees paid by the customer but does not include Purchase Protection (if enabled)

Pro Tip: With Drip Campaigns, any recipients who register for your event after receiving your email will be removing from any future emails in the sequence. For this reason, the number of recipients will likely drop as your email sequence progresses.

Note: Registrations and Sales calculations are based on the billing email address entered. These Registrations and Sales fields will update if the billing email entered in a registration matches the email address in your drip campaign.

Refunds automatically change the registration count and revenue totals. The Registrations and Sales totals include Completed, Pending Offline, Pending Final, Waitlisted, and Pre-Registration statuses.

Edit a Drip Campaign

Note: You can only edit a Drip Campaign before it is published. Once your drip campaign is published, you are no longer able to edit the campaign, but you can still edit the emails that have not yet sent within the campaign. If you would like to edit the emails within your Drip Campaign, click here.

  • From the Drip Campaigns page, click the pencil icon on the campaign for which you want to manage the emails

  • Edit the desired details

  • Click Save

Delete a Drip Campaign

Note: A drip campaign can only be deleted if none of the emails have sent. Once an emails has sent from a campaign, the entire campaign can no longer be deleted. If at least one email has sent, we recommend stopping the remaining emails instead. Click here to learn how to stop your drip campaign.

  • From the Drip Campaigns page, click the trash can icon on the campaign for which you want to manage the emails

  • Select the checkbox to confirm that you would like to delete the drip campaign

  • Click Delete Drip Campaign

Stop a Drip Campaign

Note: Typically, we recommend editing or deleting an individual email instead of stopping the entire campaign. Click here to learn how to do so. Stopping a drip campaign will stop any upcoming emails from sending, and will remove any scheduled dates. Stopping a campaign cannot be undone.

When a drip campaign is stopped, the email and drip campaign content will still be accessible.

  • From the Drip Campaigns page, click the eye icon on the campaign for which you want to manage the emails

  • Click Stop Drip Campaigns in the top right corner

  • Select the checkbox to confirm that you would like to stop the entire campaign

  • Click Stop Drip Campaign
