If you would like to see which bank account your Webconnex Payments account is linked to, follow the instructions below.

NOTE: Each Webconnex Payments account can only be linked to one bank account. It is possible that you have multiple Webconnex Payments accounts each linked to their own bank account.

Jump to...

View which bank account is linked to Webconnex Payments if you haven't received a payout yet

  • From the Pages screen of your RegFox account, hover your mouse over Gear in the top-right corner

  • Select Payment Processors from the dropdown

  • Locate the desired Webconnex Payment Processor and click the View Payments Portal link

  • Once you are logged into your Webconnex Payments account, hover over initial in top right corner and select Update Account Profile

  • Click Edit Details on the account you'd like to check the linked banking details for

  • Scroll down and notice the last 4 of the linked banking details are listed (if it isn't, it is possible you haven't completed account setup yet)

View which bank account is linked to Webconnex Payments if you have already received a payout

  • From the Pages screen of your RegFox account, hover your mouse over Gear in the top-right corner

  • Select Payment Processors from the dropdown

  • Locate the desired Webconnex Payment Processor

  • Click Payouts in the top menu bar

  • View the list of payouts and notice the column labeled Bank Account # which displays the last 4 digits of the linked bank account

NOTE: If you signed up with Trustly during the KYC process, sometimes they will assign a Virtual Account Number, in which case this will not display the actual last 4 digits of the bank account number. In this case, jump back up to option one and follow the steps for "If you have not received a payout" to see the linked bank account details.
